Website Development

- Rebuild and continuously develop using modern React / Next.js architecture.
- Develop responsive desktop/mobile websites and UI/UX.
- Build service pages, industry landing pages, Data Annotation, AI Data Services, ADAS / Computer Vision, Data Collection and Generative AI pages.
- Develop case studies, customer success stories, careers, blogs, contact/lead-generation forms and downloadable content.
- Handle CRM/API integrations, analytics, conversion tracking, CMS, technical SEO, security, performance optimisation, deployment and maintenance.

QualitasGlobal.ai

- Understand and maintain the existing codebase and architecture.
- Develop new pages and functionality.
- Improve UI/UX, mobile responsiveness, speed and performance.
- Resolve bugs and technical issues.
- Develop user-facing workflows, API, form and database integrations.
- Handle authentication/user accounts where required, analytics, SEO, security, deployment and version management.

Internal Graphic & Digital Design

Create

- LinkedIn creatives, recruitment posters and job advertisements
- Social-media graphics, corporate banners, website banners and hero images
- Infographics and Data Annotation / AI illustrations
- Customer presentation graphics and sales collateral
- Event creatives and employee communication graphics
- Certificates, email graphics and marketing materials
- Simple brochures and company-profile materials

Maintain consistency with the Qualitas Global brand identity and colour palette.

UI/UX Design

- Create wireframes,



website layouts, landing-page concepts and user journeys.
- Design mobile interfaces, components, Figma prototypes and design systems.
- Create reusable UI components.
- Understand business requirements, create visual concepts, discuss with management and then develop.

Preferred candidate profile

- Developer first, with strong design capabilities.
- Able to independently build production-quality React/Next.js websites.
- Solid visual sense and ability to create professional graphics without an external designer.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, SEO and website performance.
- Writes clean, maintainable code and understands existing codebases.
- Independently troubleshoots technical issues.
- Able to translate management ideas into digital products.
- Comfortable working with senior management and handling multiple priorities.
- Takes ownership and continuously improves the company's digital ecosystem.

Experience
- Preferred: 36 years
- Slightly less experience may be considered with exceptional development and design capabilities.
- Portfolio and practical ability carry more weight than qualifications alone.

Portfolio is Mandatory Candidates must share both development and design work, including:

- Live websites/web applications personally developed
- React/Next.js projects
- GitHub/code samples, where possible
- Figma/UI designs
- Social-media or marketing creatives
- Website banners and digital graphics
- Mobile-responsive work
- Examples demonstrating website performance and SEO
