Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Full Stack Engineer who can take ownership of product development from idea to production.

You will work directly with founders and leadership to build core platform capabilities, scalable backend systems, AI-powered features, real-time experiences, and consumer-facing applications that serve our growing user base.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, moving quickly, and building products from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend systems.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs, services, and platform infrastructure.
- Develop responsive web and mobile-first user experiences.
- Build real-time and event-driven systems for sports, community, and engagement workflows.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, growth, and business teams.
- Drive technical architecture decisions and contribute to long-term platform scalability.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, code reviews,



and technical documentation.
- Mentor and support junior engineers as the team grows.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional full stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience building production-grade applications using React and up-to-date frontend frameworks.
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js, NestJS, or Express.
- Solid understanding of API design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
