Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Full Stack Engineer.

The Full Stack

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that power AcreAce’s AI-driven real estate platform, working across frontend and backend systems. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, integrating APIs and data sources, optimizing application performance, and collaborating closely with product, data, and design teams to deliver user-centric features. The role also involves participating in code reviews, improving development workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to architectural decisions that support secure, reliable property data management.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess core full stack development skills such as proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Candidates should possess experience with databases and data handling, including relational or NoSQL databases, API design and integration, and basic data modeling.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices, such as deployment pipelines, containerization, and monitoring tools.
- Candidates should possess strong software engineering fundamentals, including version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, code reviews, and debugging techniques.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of web application security, performance optimization, and responsive UI development.
- Relevant qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Experience in real estate, AI-driven products, or building region-focused platforms, as well as familiarity with India/Kerala-specific regulatory or legal contexts, is considered an advantage.
