Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience in building modern, scalable web applications using JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and relational databases.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience, a good understanding of frontend and backend architecture, and the ability to independently develop features from UI to APIs and database integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable frontend components and maintain clean, scalable code.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js / Express.js / NestJS.
- Design and work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Integrate frontend applications with APIs and third-party services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
- Write effective database queries and optimize application performance.
- Work with JSON, REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and API integrations.
- Debug production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, code reviews, and estimation.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, QA, and other developers.
- Use Git-based development workflows and maintain proper code quality standards.
- Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and continuously improve application performance and security.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

- Strong JavaScript and ES6+ knowledge.
- Solid hands-on experience with React.js.
- HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web development.
- React Hooks and component lifecycle.
- State management using Redux, Context API, Zustand or similar.
- API integration using Fetch/Axios.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks/libraries is desirable.

Backend

- Strong experience with Node.js.
- Experience with Express.js or NestJS.
- REST API design and development.




- Authentication using JWT, OAuth or similar mechanisms.
- Role-based permissions and backend validations.
- Error handling, logging and API security.

Database

- Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL.
- Good understanding of relational database design.
- Joins, indexes, constraints and transactions.
- Experience with ORM tools such as Prisma, TypeORM, Sequelize or similar.

Additional Skills

- Git / GitHub / GitLab.
- Docker basics.
- CI/CD understanding.
- AWS, Azure or GCP exposure.
- Understanding of application security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Basic knowledge of unit and integration testing.

AI Development Exposure - Preferred As modern application development increasingly involves AI, candidates with the following experience will be preferred:

- Integration with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or similar.
- Building AI-enabled application features.
- Working with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex or similar.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and structured LLM responses.
- Experience integrating AI agents or AI workflows into web applications is an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of relevant full-stack development experience.

- Writes clean, maintainable and properly structured code.
