- Solid proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

- Strong proficiency of React.js and its core principles, services development using Node.js, database experience on MongoDB. Also middleware development experience in .Net (C#, WebAPI, SQL Server, .Net Core) is must.

- Strong proficiency with popular React.js workflows.

- Familiarity with newer specifications of ES6.

- Work closely with Product Management and Stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualification Requirements:

- B.E. or MCA with 4-6 years of web development experience using React.js, Node.js, MongoDB and .Net (C#, ASP.Net, WebAPI, SQL Server) is must.

- Experience in Development Lead role is preferable.

- Experience working in an agile process.

- Good knowledge on OOPS concepts and design patterns.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
