Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and support the AI platform. The role involves designing, developing, debugging, testing, and enhancing a software platform built for pharmaceutical clients. It covers all aspects of the platform, including frontend, backend, hosting, deployment, and infrastructure.

The selected candidate will be part of the company's core team and will report to the Engineering and Implementation Heads.

What will you be responsible for?

- Understand the business domain, client requirements, and existing product features.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and other cross-functional teams to drive the design, development, and implementation of the Ariya platform.
- Develop feasible and scalable solutions using well-written, maintainable code to meet the expected user stories and requirements of pharmaceutical clients.
- Identify architectural flaws proactively and propose effective solutions to minimize risks and prevent disruptions to existing services.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools that can add value to the product, codebase, and deployment processes.




- Use metrics and reporting to gain insights into the health and performance of builds, tests, and release infrastructure.
- Optimize product infrastructure to ensure a reliable and seamless experience for Phamax's clients.
- Actively participate in client calls, stand-ups, reporting meetings, and internal discussions.
- Establish metrics, standards, and best practices for design, development, reporting, documentation, and other product-related processes.
- Guide and mentor junior team members throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

- Proven track record of building AI-based products.
- Robust hands-on experience with the following technologies:
- LLM Tools & Frameworks
- Backend: Python, Flask/Django, Node.js, MySQL
- Frontend: AngularJS or React, Power BI, Tableau
- Cloud Infrastructure: Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Deployment & DevOps: TypeScript, Jenkins, Git
- Knowledge or experience in the following areas will be an added advantage:

- Development on CloudStack
- Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
