Role Summary

Zenara is hiring a Full Stack Developer to build scalable mobile and web applications for a fast-moving fintech startup. You will own features end-to-end from secure APIs and web interfaces to AI-enabled workflows and ship with confidence in a modern, AI-assisted engineering environment.

What You Will Build

- Full stack AI-native mobile and web applications

- Scalable backend APIs and microservices

- Secure financial data processing systems

- Integrations with financial platforms and external APIs

- Internal tooling leveraging AI-assisted development workflows

Core Skills Required:

Backend Development

- Strong experience with Node.js / Python / Java / Go

- Designing and building REST APIs and microservices

- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases

Frontend Development

- Building modern web applications using React / Next.js / Angular / Vue

- Experience with component-based UI development

- Integrating frontend applications with APIs

Cloud Engineering

- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows

Secure Development





- Experience implementing authentication and authorization (OAuth/JWT)

- Awareness of secure API development and data protection practices

AI-Assisted & AI-Enabled Development

- Fluent with AI coding assistants - GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code etc.

- Experience integrating LLM APIs into product features.

- Ability to design AI-enabled workflows - knowledge retrieval, document processing, automation.

- Exposure to building AI agents / agentic workflows for multi-step tasks and automation.

- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar.

What We Look For

- Experience working with fintech platforms, data-driven systems, or financial APIs.

- Exposure to AI-enabled applications - LLM integrations or intelligent automation workflows.

- Understanding of up-to-date architectures - microservices or event-driven systems.

- Ability to build product features end-to-end and take ownership of delivery.

- Comfortable working in startup environments, learning quickly and adapting to new technologies including AI-native development.
