- Role Description The Associate is a growth-track role designed for finance and compliance professionals looking to build solid technical depth early in their career. The incumbent will support the execution of client deliverables across accounting, financial reporting, and cross-border regulatory functions, working closely with Senior Associates and Managers to build independence over time.

Key Roles & Job Responsibilities: Accounting, Finalisation & Financial Reporting

- Assist in the finalisation of accounts for a portfolio of domestic and international clients, ensuring GAAP/Ind-AS compliance
- Prepare financial statements, schedules, and notes to accounts under the guidance of a Senior Associate/Manager
- Support the preparation of MIS reports and dashboards for senior management and clients
- Assist in identifying accounting treatment issues, including revenue recognition, provisions, and intercompany transactions.

Cross-Border & International Compliance

- Support India–U.S.



cross-border assignments including transfer pricing documentation, FEMA/RBI compliance, and foreign remittance matters
- Assist with international tax structuring projects, including entity setup advisory and holding structure analysis
- Coordinate with U.S. CPAs and global finance teams on consolidated reporting and regulatory filings, as directed.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Support the Senior Associate/Manager as a secondary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Assist in coordinating client review meetings and preparing supporting documentation
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities under supervision

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–2 years of post-qualification experience in a CA firm, CFO services, or corporate finance environment
- Working knowledge of GST, direct taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting standards (Ind-AS / GAAP)
- Familiarity with Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or equivalent accounting software
- Exposure to India–U.S. cross-border transactions, FEMA, and international taxation is an added advantage • Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills; willingness to learn and articulate issues clearly
