Role: Finacle Customization

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in

Finacle customization and scripting (on Finacle10.x)

, with specific exposure to the

Finacle CRM module

.

- Develop, modify and maintain custom scripts, validations, workflows and business rules based on functional requirements.

- Analyse existing customizations, troubleshoot issues and provide technical fixes/enhancements.

- Work closely with Business Analysts and banking teams to understand requirements and translate them into Finacle customizations.

- Perform unit testing and support during SIT/UAT and production implementation.

- Prepare technical documentation for customizations and support knowledge transition.

Key Skills:

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in

Finacle customization/development

.

- Valuable working knowledge of

Finacle CRM module and its customization capabilities.

- Ability to analyse requirements and independently develop/customize solutions.

- Exposure to Finacle integration/API concepts would be an added advantage.
