Role Description The Food & Beverage (F&B;) Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations in the luxury hotel, ensuring an exceptional guest experience across restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves managing daily service delivery, supervising F&B; teams, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service.

Responsibilities include menu planning with culinary leadership, coordinating promotions and special events, monitoring inventory and procurement, and implementing cost-control measures to meet revenue and profitability targets. The F&B; Manager will handle guest feedback, resolve service issues, train and coach team members, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.



Collaboration with other hotel departments is essential to ensure seamless operations and consistent luxury-level service.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, with a focus on luxury hospitality environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and manage guest relations in premium settings.
- Experience in Training F&B; staff, including coaching, performance management, and skills development.
- Proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and revenue management for F&B; outlets.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to supervise diverse teams and coordinate multiple outlets.
- Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and quality standards in hotel operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field; prior experience as an F&B; Manager or Assistant F&B; Manager in a luxury hotel is highly preferred.
- Should have strog expertise from a reputed 5 star chain of Luxury hotel.
