Hiring: E-commerce Marketplace Specialist – Amazon & Flipkart

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplaces
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords & images
- Manage inventory, pricing, orders, returns and cancellations
- Monitor sales performance and work on strategies to increase revenue
- Manage marketplace promotions, deals and discounts
- Handle Amazon/Flipkart advertising campaigns and optimize ROAS
- Monitor account health, ratings, reviews and customer feedback
- Analyze marketplace data, sales reports and competitor pricing
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Identify current growth opportunities and improve marketplace performance





Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations and policies
- Experience with Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and sales analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage marketplace operations and achieve sales targets

Experience: 2+ years preferred
