Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Marketplace Operations Executive with hands-on experience in Amazon and Flipkart operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing Seller Central and Vendor Central activities, FBA/FBF operations, order and return management, SAFE-T claims, case raising, customer support, inventory coordination, and marketplace-related reporting.

The ideal candidate should have solid Excel skills, attention to detail, and practical knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart marketplace processes.

Key Responsibilities - Amazon & Flipkart Marketplace Operations

- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Monitor orders, inventory, shipments, cancellations, returns, refunds and other marketplace activities.
- Create and manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Manage Flipkart FBF (Fulfillment by Flipkart) operations, including stock movement and fulfillment coordination.
- Monitor inventory availability and ensure products remain live and saleable.
- Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for order processing, packing, dispatch and inventory replenishment.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and identify operational issues.

Claims & Case Management

- Raise and follow up on Amazon and Flipkart cases related to inventory, payments, orders, returns, reimbursements, listing and operational issues.
- Handle Amazon SAFE-T claims, reimbursement claims and shipment/inventory discrepancies.
- Track claim status and ensure timely resolution and recovery.
- Maintain proper records of all cases, claims, escalations and resolutions.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for unresolved issues.

Returns & Customer Support

- Monitor and manage marketplace returns, replacements, refunds and customer complaints.




- Analyse return reasons and identify recurring product or operational issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for physical return verification and inventory updates.
- Handle customer queries through marketplace communication channels professionally and within defined timelines.
- Escalate product, delivery, payment or technical issues to the relevant internal team.

Inventory & Order Coordination

- Monitor daily marketplace inventory and identify OOS/low-stock products.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain accurate marketplace stock.
- Track FBA/FBF inventory and replenishment requirements.
- Reconcile marketplace inventory with physical/ERP stock.
- Ensure timely dispatch and avoid order cancellations due to operational issues.

Excel & Reporting

- Maintain daily and weekly marketplace operation reports.
- Prepare reports for:
- Orders and sales
- Inventory
- FBA/FBF stock
- Returns and refunds
- SAFE-T claims and reimbursements
- Cases and escalations
- Cancellations
- OOS products
- Use Excel extensively, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filters, sorting, conditional formatting and basic data analysis.
- Maintain accurate records and provide management with operational insights.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central.
- Practical experience with Amazon FBA.
- Practical experience with Flipkart FBF and Flipkart Seller Hub.




- Good understanding of SAFE-T claims and marketplace reimbursements.
- Experience in case raising and escalation management.
- Knowledge of marketplace returns, refunds and customer support.
- Excellent MS Excel proficiency.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Amazon/Flipkart marketplace operations.
- Experience working with brands selling physical products on marketplaces.
- Experience coordinating with warehouse, inventory and logistics teams.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Zoho Inventory/ERP will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
