We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business operations across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for handling marketplace operations, product listings, sales growth, inventory coordination, and customer experience management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other online platforms
- Upload and update product details, images, pricing, and descriptions
- Optimize product listings for better visibility and sales performance
- Monitor marketplace performance and daily sales activities
- Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations
- Maintain inventory updates and stock management across all platforms
- Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and discount offers
- Analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and marketplace insights
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams for branding and promotional activities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations and account management
Required Skills:
- Experience in handling e-commerce marketplaces
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
- Good understanding of product listing and catalog management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
