Job Responsibilities

- Manage and operate the Amazon Seller Portal on a daily basis.

- Manage product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing and inventory.

- Process and monitor orders, shipments, returns, refunds and cancellations.

- Track inventory and coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for timely order dispatch.

- Monitor Amazon sales, payments, settlements, fees and account performance.

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports in MS Excel.

- Analyse sales, inventory, returns and product performance using Excel.

- Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support for order, listing, payment and account-related issues.

- Ensure accurate and timely updating of product and order data.

- Monitor customer feedback, ratings and reviews and coordinate for resolution of issues.





- Maintain proper records and documentation related to e-commerce operations.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Amazon Myntra Flipkart

- Strong MS Excel skills – filters, sorting, formulas, Pivot Tables and reporting.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations, order processing and inventory management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
