Role Description The Dispatch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for overseeing the daily dispatch operations for engines and generators. This role involves planning and scheduling shipments, coordinating with production, warehousing, logistics partners, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

The Dispatch

Manager monitors inventory and order status, resolves dispatch-related issues, and maintains dispatch documentation and tracking systems. The role also includes supervising dispatch staff, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Operations Management capabilities to lead dispatch teams and oversee end-to-end dispatch processes.
- Candidates should possess Dispatching expertise, including shipment planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with customers, logistics partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using dispatch or ERP software, MS Office tools, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or dispatch management, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
