Your role and responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Data Security Professional with experinece in implementing, administering, and supporting Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data protection, information security, incident management, policy creation, and DLP administration across endpoints, networks, email, and cloud environments. Roles &

Responsibilities Implement, configure, and manage Forcepoint DLP solutions across enterprise environments. Create, maintain, and optimize DLP policies for sensitive data protection. Monitor DLP incidents, investigate policy violations, and recommend remediation actions.

Support endpoint, network, email, and web DLP implementations. Develop and tune data classification and fingerprinting policies for sensitive information. Conduct incident analysis and provide root cause investigations.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, compliance, and business teams to ensure effective data protection controls. Perform DLP health checks, upgrades, patching, and system maintenance. Generate security reports, dashboards, and compliance-related documentation.

Support audits and regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc. Participate in security incident response activities and data leakage investigations. Work closely with stakeholders to reduce false positives and improve DLP effectiveness.

Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise 3 years of experience in Information Security/Data Security . Hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP Administration and Support . Strong understanding of Endpoint, Network, Email, Web DLP , Data Discovery & Classification Experience in DLP policy creation, tuning, troubleshooting, and incident management.



Knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, and networking concepts.

Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or Azure Sentinel. Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred technical and professional experience Experience with CASB, IRM, Data Classification, or Cloud Security technologies. Exposure to Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP, Digital Guardian, or McAfee DLP.

Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
