About The Role We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a deep understanding of MS SQL, healthcare data modeling, and integration, as well as expertise in statistics. This role involves building scalable and effective cloud infrastructure, implementing system health monitoring, and developing continuous integration pipelines.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing large-scale healthcare datasets, supporting data-driven decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare analytics capabilities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a energetic environment, contributing to healthcare improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, healthcare analytics, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare analytics, including benefits, claims, and eligibility data, is required. Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing healthcare datasets is essential, along with familiarity with Snowflake, MySQL, and modern data warehousing concepts.





Experience in creating healthcare process and data flow documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio or similar is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills are critical, complemented by excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including healthcare data analysis and reporting, where they will analyze large-scale datasets such as claims, provider, utilization, and quality data. They will write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze healthcare data from relational databases, supporting accurate reporting for business and regulatory purposes.

The role involves healthcare data modeling and integration, working with platforms like Snowflake and MySQL to support data marts and analytics layers. Collaborating with data engineering teams to ensure reliable data ingestion from source systems such as claims processing and provider systems is vital.

Additionally, the analyst will support analytics initiatives related to value-based care, population health, quality improvement, and operational efficiency. Creating process flows, data lineage diagrams, and system architecture visuals using tools like Microsoft Visio or draw.io is part of the role, along with documenting healthcare business rules, data definitions, metrics logic, and reporting methodologies to promote standardization. Engaging with stakeholders across Healthcare Operations, Finance, Clinical, Quality, and Compliance teams to understand their reporting needs and translating complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights is essential.





Presenting findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams will be a regular aspect of the role.
