Location: Patna (Bihar)

Minimum Relevant Work-Exp. : 2-3 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and disciplined Project Manager to manage and execute technology-driven government projects. The role involves close coordination with government officers, ensuring smooth project delivery, and maintaining strong professional relationships.

- Key Responsibilities:Understand the technical and functional requirements of programs being implemented and in pipeline within the State.
- Understand the existing database of various applications being used/ under development by the State.
- Analyze the data of central and state level applications capturing no. of schools, teachers, students,



and their amalgamation/ mismatch with programs such as mid- day-meal, student attendance, teacher attendance, teacher transfer etc.
- Coordinate with different Directorates to be able to enable smooth technical integrations with existing and current applications.
- Work close with the MIS team of the state Derive statistics and analytics from the data.
- Use analytic tools to interpret dashboards for different programs.
- Assist the state in integration, transition and sustenance of the Project.
- Support the development and implementation of data-based strategies to improve student outcomes.
- Handling the Data system/s, extract data and conduct analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights from large dataset on a regular basis.
- Candidate Profile:MBA/ MCA/ BE / B. Tech
- Knowledge of data analytics tools (PowerBI, QuickSight, Looker, Tableau)
- Experience of working on dashboard development in a multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience in e- Governance projects will be an added advantage.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience would be essential experience would be essential
