We are hiring Customer Support Associates for International Voice Process in Gurugram. Freshers with good English communication skills are welcome to apply.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customer calls, understanding customer concerns, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain a professional and courteous communication style throughout customer interactions.
- Assist customers with product, service, account, billing, or process-related queries.
- Follow defined call-handling procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Achieve assigned targets related to customer satisfaction, call quality, productivity, and attendance.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data-security guidelines.
- Work effectively in a team and contribute to overall customer service goals.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required for international customers.

Preferred candidate profile





- Freshers with excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Candidates with a customer-first attitude and a willingness to assist international customers.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling customer calls and resolving queries professionally.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts/night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, CRM, and email communication.
- Candidates who are patient, positive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and team-oriented environment.
- Candidates with prior experience in BPO, International Voice, Customer Support, or Call Centre will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
