- Education Counsellor / Career Counsellor About the Company We are an education consultancy dedicated to helping students make the right career decisions through personalised career guidance, course selection, and college recommendations. We assist students across MBA, Engineering, Law, and other professional programs, helping them identify suitable opportunities based on their academic profile, interests, entrance scores, and career goals.

Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses, colleges, and career pathways. Understand students’ academic background, interests, scores, and career objectives. Recommend suitable colleges and programs based on the student's profile.

Explain admission processes, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities. Follow up with prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Guide students throughout the admission process, from enquiry to enrolment.

Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve individual/team admission targets. Build strong relationships with students and parents through qualified and transparent communication. Maintain accurate records of student enquiries and follow-up activities.

Candidate Requirements





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing, counselling, and relationship-building abilities. Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, inside sales, telecalling, or counselling is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome. Ability to understand students' requirements and provide suitable solutions. Comfortable working with targets and follow-up-based sales.
