Shift: Morning Shift, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM window (any 9-hour shift)
Working Days: 5 days per week & 2 rotational off days
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate; both can apply
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Salary: Up to 35 K ( Based on interview performance, last drawn salary)
Training Period: 30 days (Paid training from Day1)
Requirement:
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Solid fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and comprehension required
- International-level communication proficiency expected for a premium domestic customer service process
- Versant Level 6 or equivalent communication proficiency required
- Candidates should be confident and professional while handling customer interactions
