Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and job seekers.
- Understand their requirements and provide suitable education/job consultancy options.
- Explain courses, job opportunities, application processes, and services clearly.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain lead and customer records.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, education consultancy, recruitment, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English + Malayalam; additional languages are an advantage.
- Confident, professional, and customer-friendly personality.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
