Vision Engineer

We are hiring a Video Data Pipeline Engineer for a full-time, in office engineering role in Noida. This is a role for an engineer whose instinct is automation: the kind of person who, faced with a manual task that must be done a thousand times, builds the tool that makes it unnecessary.

The job is to build and own the automated pipelines that process very large volumes of video. Each day, hours of raw footage arrive; a meaningful share of it is unusable — dead time, blur, failed takes. Your pipelines will detect those segments programmatically and remove them losslessly, so that what comes out carries exactly the same codec, resolution, frame rate, timestamps, audio sync and metadata as what went in.

You will build the integrity checks that verify every output against a written specification before it ships, and the audit logs that make every cut traceable and reversible.

What the role demands

- Strong Python, at the level of production scripts and tools rather than notebooks




- Deep fluency with ffmpeg — stream copy versus re-encode, codecs, containers, timestamp handling
- Computer vision basics — OpenCV or similar for programmatic detection of blur, motion and scene changes
- Scale on a single machine — comfortable processing terabytes on a workstation: parallelism, storage layout, failure recovery
- An auditor’s mindset — outputs verified against spec, every change logged, nothing silently altered
- A builder’s bias — you would rather spend a day building the tool than a week doing the task twice

The role is full-time and on-site in Noida. You will work closely with a small operations and quality team, and your pipelines will be the reason their day’s work ships on time. Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
