: Computer Operator cum Store Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator cum Store Assistant to manage day-to-day computer operations along with store and inventory activities. The candidate will maintain accurate stock records, handle material receiving and issuing, update inventory data in Excel/software, prepare reports and coordinate with purchase, production and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily stock and inventory records in MS Excel or company software.
- Enter and update material receipts, issues, returns and stock balances.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity against purchase orders/invoices.
- Issue materials to departments as per authorized requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for GRN, material issue slips, invoices and dispatches.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and consumption reports.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform seniors about shortages or required purchases.
- Maintain proper physical arrangement, identification and filing of store materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts and Dispatch departments.
- Perform data entry and maintain computer-based records accurately.
- Prepare Excel reports using basic formulas, filters and sorting
- Scan, print, photocopy and maintain digital and physical documents.
- Maintain records of inward and outward material.




- Assist in stock verification and periodic physical inventory counting.
- Report discrepancies between physical stock and computer records.
- Ensure store records and confidential company information are properly maintained.
- Perform other store/office duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and basic computer operations.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of inventory/store management.
- Ability to maintain stock registers and documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of email and internet.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP/inventory software will be an added advantage.
- Hindi and basic English communication skills.

Preferred Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in store, inventory, data entry or computer operator work.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, warehouse or industrial environment preferred.
- Should be disciplined, punctual and comfortable handling both computer and physical store activities.
- Should be able to work independently and coordinate with different departments.

Pay: ₹8,271.94 - ₹15,130.41 per month
