We are looking for a responsible and motivated Collection Executive to join our growing team at Gopalapuram Sree Thirupathi Venkatachalapathi Chit Funds Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for collecting chit instalments from customers, maintaining accurate collection records, and building good relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect daily chit instalments from customers.
- Maintain accurate collection records and ensure timely updates.
- Provide receipts and update customer passbooks.
- Communicate with customers regarding instalments and payment schedules.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Assist customers with basic queries and provide appropriate support.
- Submit collection details and reports to the office regularly.
Requirements
- Any Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn and work with customers.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle responsibilities efficiently.
