About the Job Opening We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in managing and supporting cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms. The candidate should have positive knowledge of cloud administration, virtualization, infrastructure monitoring, and basic DevOps practices. The role involves handling cloud operations, troubleshooting, security implementation, and supporting automation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Configure and administer Virtual Machines, storage, networking, and cloud services.
- Monitor cloud resources, system health, backup, and security compliance.
- Support cloud migration and infrastructure deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot cloud, server, and network-related issues.
- Implement identity and access management policies.
- Perform patching, system updates, and security hardening activities.
- Assist in automation and deployment processes.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and project activities.

Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Network, NSG, Storage Accounts, and Azure AD.




- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.
- Good understanding of Windows Server administration and basic Linux administration.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies like Hyper-V and VMware.
- Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and cloud security best practices.
- Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and firewall basics.
- Basic understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git/GitHub, or Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and basic automation tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform is preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in Cloud and Infrastructure support.

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / Associate
- Basic DevOps certification is an added advantage.
