Domain - Credit /Private Equity/ Real Estate

Skill - Investment Reporting, Variance Analysis, Fee Reporting (Management fee & Performance Fee) (Factsheet, Portfolio Report, Holding Report, performance reporting, IRR, MOIC, Advanced excel)

Key Responsibilities: -

- Prepare periodic client reports for credit funds, including performance, market overview and financial summaries.
- Support the production of monthly and quarterly client reporting packages, ensuring accuracy,

completeness, and adherence to internal standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather portfolio data, performance metrics, and commentary.
- Reconcile portfolio data across internal systems and third-party administrators.
- Accurately input data into Excel templates and perform necessary calculations.
- Ability to analyze and understand reporting requirements and prepare accurate ad-hoc reports accordingly.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual intervention.




- Maintain strong controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to processing documentation efforts, including the creation and maintenance of

SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Desired Candidate Profile: -

- Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in asset management, credit, private equity or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio/investor reporting, and performance measurement.
- Robust Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word).
- The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical,

problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must.
- A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure, and with multiple stakeholders.
