About StarClinch StarClinch is a leading artist booking and entertainment platform connecting clients, brands, event organizers, and artists to create memorable experiences. We are looking for a Client Relations Executive who can build solid client relationships while driving bookings and ensuring smooth event execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, event organizers, and partners.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable artists and entertainment solutions.
- Handle inbound inquiries and proactively follow up with potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate commercials and close bookings while meeting business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, artist managers, and clients for seamless event execution.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the booking and execution process.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, proposals, and bookings.




- Identify opportunities for upselling and developing long-term client relationships.

Requirements

- 6 months–3 years of experience in Client Relations, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Event Management, Influencer Marketing, or Brand Partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior experience in the entertainment, events, media, or technology industry will be an added advantage.
