1. Service Target Achievement -

Meet and exceed monthly and yearly service performance targets in the assigned territory.

2. Parts Lubricants Management

Ensure consistent availability of spare parts and lubricants to meet market demand and minimize Vehicle Off Road (V.O.R.) time.

Track and expedite V.O.R parts deliveries from distributor to dealer.

3. Infrastructure Compliance Dealer Support

Evaluate dealer infrastructure and oversee implementation of Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) as per company norms.

Support current dealer on boarding by verifying compliance with infrastructure standards in coordination with Area/Zonal Managers.

4. Customer Satisfaction Complaint Resolution

Improve customer satisfaction through proactive support and timely resolution of complaint.

Resolve customer complaints within 48 hours and raise Field Incident Reports (FIRs) as in where required.

Make sure that parts will be available at dealership to resolve the complain in defined TAT.

5. Service Promotion Business Initiatives





Plan and execute service campaigns and promotional activities aligned with the annual business plan.

Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve service delivery and business outcomes.

6. Dealer Staff Development

Train and support dealer staff and CCT to ensure high service standards and technical competency.

Conduct regular training sessions at the Service Development Center (SDC) with support from internal training teams.

7. Data Management

Ensuring use of DMS by dealers for all Service Spare Parts transaction on daily basis.

Optimum use of TMS for all review Status update on daily basis provide periodical feedback for improvement in DMS.
