Role Description The CA–GL & Stat role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of local GAAP(UK,EMEA) financial statements including roll forward schedules
- Preparation of disclosures including PPE, Commitments, accruals, prepayments and other notes to financial statements
- Prepare audit schedules for external and internal audits
- Support audit requests and ensure appropriate documentation is received by auditors




- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts including equity accounts.
- Investigate reconciling items and coordinate timely resolution.
- Maintain adherence to internal control standards (SOX) and PVH corporate policies.
- CBS statistical information preparation
- Oversight on VAT compliance/ plastic tax
- Support income tax preparations
- Support on quarter, month and year end work as required.
- Assist in the review of journal entries, reconciliations, and other deliverables prepared by junior accountants or analysts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support on quarter, month and year end work as required

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience. (statutory accounts preparation a plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
- CPA, CMA, CA or other advanced certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Proficient in accounting systems and financial software such as SAP, Power BI, CoStar, etc.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
