We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to engage with qualified leads generated by our marketing and business development teams. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, explain our e-mobility solutions, address queries, and convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Contact qualified leads to team via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Understand customer requirements and identify suitable e-mobility solutions.

Explain the company's products, services, and value proposition clearly and confidently.

Qualify prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel.

Follow up with potential customers to maximize lead conversion.

Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the business team when required.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.





Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.

Build solid relationships with prospects by providing a professional and consultative sales experience.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Lead Conversion, or Customer Acquisition.

Experience in SaaS, technology, EV, renewable energy, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
