Role Description The Business Intelligence Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic and operational decision-making across teams.

The analyst will design and maintain data models, build dashboards and reports, and work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include validating data quality, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.



The role also involves collaborating with product, operations, and leadership teams to present findings and recommend data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to understand requirements and derive actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess Data Modeling and Dashboard development skills to structure data and create clear, informative visualizations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Business Intelligence Tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) to build and maintain reports.
- Candidates should possess solid SQL and database querying skills, with familiarity in data warehousing concepts.
- Candidates should possess good communication and presentation skills to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- Relevant experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
