- Prepare detailed estimates for projects, including quantity takeoff, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
- Analyze project requirements, identify potential risks, and suggest cost-effective solutions.
3. BBS (Bar Bending Schedule):
- Prepare and manage BBS for reinforcement works, ensuring accurate calculations and material optimization.Must have experience in Auto-cad
4. Coordination:
- Collaborate with site engineers to ensure accurate billing, estimation, and project execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve billing and estimation-related issues.
