Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Cloud / Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer who can independently implement, deploy and support containerized platforms across Azure and customer on-premise environments.

The role is highly hands-on and delivery-focused, requiring strong Kubernetes/AKS, Terraform, CI/CD, networking and hybrid infrastructure skills, with the ability to understand an existing DevOps backlog and deliver with minimal ramp-up.

Proven ability to work across cloud and on-premise environments and troubleshoot complex infrastructure/connectivity issues.

Able to quickly understand an existing platform, DevOps backlog and delivery goals and contribute with minimal ramp-up time.

Self-driven, accountable, customer focused and comfortable owning tasks from implementation through operational readiness.

Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy and operate Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure, including customer on-premise environments.
- Build and maintain Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications and platform services.
- Deploy and operate Docker/Kubernetes workloads, with strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes and AKS, including ingress, networking, secrets, storage and rolling deployments.
- Support on-premise connectivity and infrastructure: tunnels, firewall rules/routing, DNS, SSL/TLS, Cloudflare traffic restrictions, HAProxy and on-prem integrations.
- Deploy and support platform services including Application Backend, OpenBao, APIM/OpenAPI, ClamAV,



NetApp/MinIO, Keycloak, RabbitMQ, Redis and Grafana LGTM/Alloy.
- Support PostgreSQL/MySQL environments, database migration jobs, PostgreSQL/RabbitMQ HA, and backup/restore capabilities.
- Implement and troubleshoot monitoring, logging, metrics, alerting and operational readiness using Grafana/LGTM/Alloy, Prometheus and related tools.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, deployment and production issues; drive problems through resolution.
- Work with application, infrastructure, network and security teams to deliver customer implementations and document deployment/operational procedures.
- AWS and GCP cloud experiences will be a great plus.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Azure: compute, networking, storage, identity/security and hybrid connectivity.
- DevOps: Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, Git-based workflows and Infrastructure as Code.
- Automation: Strong hands-on Terraform experience.
- Containers: Docker, Kubernetes and AKS; production deployment and troubleshooting.
- On-premise: Enterprise infrastructure, networking, firewall/routing, tunnels/connectivity and hybrid integration.
- Platform: Hands-on exposure to OpenBao, APIM/OpenAPI, ClamAV, NetApp/MinIO, Keycloak, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MySQL and Grafana LGTM/Alloy.
- Azure experience with production incident management, DevSecOps/container security, Keycloak, Vault Cloudflare or HAProxy.
- Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL, migration, HA, backup and restore.
- Observability: Grafana, LGTM/Alloy, Prometheus, logging, metrics and alerting.
- Deployment: Spin in Cloud, Test and Deploy in On-premise
