- Understand customer requirements and help them with best available options

- Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction

- Adhere to process guidelines and quality parameters

- Document customer interactions appropriately

nnn Qualifications

- Undergraduate/Graduate freshers are eligible to apply

- Graduates with experience in International Voice BPO domain are also welcome

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English

- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability

nnn Preferred Skills

- BPO International voice experience preferred

nnn5 days working, 2 rotational weekly offs, Rotational shifts (as per business requirements)
