- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- 2nd & 4th Saturday: Off
- Preferred Location: Navi Mumbai to Kalyan and Kurla.

The Role We are looking for two high-potential Associates to work closely with the Managing Director, operational leadership and department heads. The role will help translate Biltrax's long-term vision into business plans, new initiatives, digital-transformation projects, stronger client engagement and scalable internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Biltrax's three-year business planning, annual priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market, industry, competitor and client analysis to support leadership decisions.
- Help conceptualise and implement current products, modules and growth opportunities.
- Work with department heads to improve processes across Data, Client Engagement, Marketing, Business Development, Research, Product and other functions.
- Support digital-transformation initiatives, including better workflows, dashboards, automation, internal tools and appropriate AI rollout.
- Strengthen client-engagement frameworks,



product adoption and client outcomes.
- Support hiring strategy, role definition, onboarding and capability-building initiatives.
- Help build Biltrax Media and Biltrax Pulse into stronger industry-intelligence platforms.
- Convert Biltrax data, research and market developments into sharp insights, reports, articles, LinkedIn content and executive-oriented knowledge products.
- Support BiltraxLDC, research, thought leadership and other approved strategic initiatives.

Preferred Profile

- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline.
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Finance or Strategy would be valuable.
- 1–4 years of experience in research, business development, marketing, operations, project management, technology, consulting or a high-growth business environment.
- Strong analytical ability, business judgement, writing and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets, presentations, data and contemporary digital tools.
- Genuine interest in business strategy, digital transformation, market intelligence and thought leadership.
- Exposure to construction, real estate, building materials or infrastructure would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
