Role Overview

Frontlines Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and innovative AI Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing

AI-powered applications using modern LLM frameworks and retrieval systems. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing intelligent AI solutions that enhance our products, automate workflows, and improve user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models

(LLMs).

● Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for intelligent search and question-answering systems.

● Develop AI workflows and multi-agent applications using LangGraph and LangChain.

● Integrate AI models with web applications and internal platforms through APIs and backend services.

● Design prompts, agent workflows, and knowledge retrieval systems to improve AI performance and accuracy.

● Work with vector databases, embeddings, and document processing pipelines to support

AI applications.

● Collaborate with product, development, and design teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.

● Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

● Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

● Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve deployed AI solutions.

Required Technical Skills

● Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).





● Strong knowledge of LangChain.

● Experience in building AI workflows using LangGraph.

● Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into real-world applications.

● Understanding of prompt engineering and AI agent development.

● Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search concepts.

● Experience working with REST APIs and AI model integrations.

Technical Knowledge

● Strong understanding of Web Development concepts and AI application integration.

● Practical experience in developing and deploying AI-based applications.

● Knowledge of backend development and API development.

● Familiarity with databases and cloud-based AI services is an added advantage.

● Understanding of software development best practices, version control (Git), and debugging techniques.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.

● 1+ year of hands-on experience in AI development or Machine Learning projects.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

● A portfolio or GitHub showcasing AI projects is highly preferred.
