MSSV & Co. LLP (formerly MSSV & Co.) is a Bangalore-based Chartered Accountancy firm with a legacy spanning 45+ years. Founded in 1981 by five Chartered Accountants and rebranded in 2007, the firm converted into an LLP in 2026.

Over the decades, we've built our practice on trust, precision, and ethical service, offering 15+ specialized services across Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes (GST), Corporate & Allied Laws, and other advisory areas — serving a client base of 1,500+ satisfied clients with a team of 90+ personnel.

Our structured training environment exposes trainees to real client engagements, cross-functional practice areas, and mentorship from experienced Chartered Accountants, giving you the technical grounding and professional discipline to step confidently into your career.

Responsibilities

- Assist in statutory, tax, and internal audits across diverse client industries
- Support the preparation and filing of income tax returns, TDS returns, and GST returns
- Assist with tax audits under the Income Tax Act, 1961 and related compliance work
- Help with ROC filings and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013
- Assist in GST compliance, reconciliations, and advisory assignments




- Prepare working papers, vouching, and documentation to support audit conclusions
- Coordinate with clients to gather information and resolve queries under supervision
- Support senior team members and partners on advisory and certification assignments
- Maintain timesheets and adhere to internal quality and reporting standards

Qualifications

- Cleared CA Intermediate (both groups, as per ICAI regulations) and eligible to register for articleship
- Strong academic record with a keen interest in taxation, audit, and corporate law

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Tally (or similar accounting software)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines under supervision
