Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Application Engineer – HVAC to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates/diploma holders who are interested in HVAC system design, estimation, technical proposals, and engineering support. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and work closely with the Sales, Design, and Projects teams to deliver optimized HVAC solutions for industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and cleanroom applications.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of HVAC system designs and technical solutions.

Prepare equipment selection, heat load calculations, and preliminary HVAC designs.

Support the preparation of technical proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates.

Review customer specifications, tender documents, and project requirements.

Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, and engineering documentation.

Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for technical data, quotations, and product selection.

Prepare HVAC layouts and engineering drawings using AutoCAD.

Assist in preparing project documentation and engineering reports.

Work closely with the Sales and Project teams during pre-sales and execution stages.

Maintain engineering records and ensure compliance with company standards.

Stay updated with HVAC products, technologies, and industry standards.

Educational Qualification

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.





Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.

Technical Skills

Basic understanding of HVAC systems and air conditioning principles.

Knowledge of psychrometrics and refrigeration fundamentals.

Familiarity with heat load calculations (preferred).

Basic knowledge of AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, Chillers, Ventilation, and Ducting systems.

Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of Revit MEP or HAP software is an added advantage.
