1 Year of AI/Gen Development experience

We are looking for AI / Generative AI Developers to join our growing AI engineering team.

The ideal candidate is a solid software developer who has already gained hands-on exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI Agents, or AI application development through professional projects, personal projects, internships, certifications, or structured training programs.

This role does not require extensive Data Science or Machine Learning research experience. We are primarily looking for developers who can build practical AI-powered enterprise applications and are interested in developing deeper expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop applications using LLMs and Generative AI technologies
- Integrate applications with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise documents and business data
- Build document ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and semantic search pipelines
- Develop AI Agents capable of interacting with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and external tools
- Implement LLM function calling and tool calling
- Work with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies
- Develop AI-enabled REST APIs and backend services
- Integrate AI capabilities into web and mobile applications
- Experiment with prompt engineering, structured outputs, context management, and AI workflows
- Implement AI evaluation, hallucination reduction, guardrails, logging, and monitoring




- Participate in rapid development of AI Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and customer demonstrations
- Work with senior architects and engineering teams to convert successful POCs into production-ready enterprise solutions
- Continuously evaluate new developments in Generative AI and Agentic AI

Required Qualifications

- 2-5 years of software development experience
- Strong programming skills in at least one of:

- Python

- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Node.js
- Experience developing REST APIs and backend applications
- Good understanding of databases, APIs, authentication, and cloud-based application development
- Some hands-on experience or formal training in Generative AI / LLM application development
- Experience using at least one LLM API such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar
- Understanding of concepts such as:

- Prompt engineering

- Tokens and context windows

- Embeddings

- Vector search

- RAG

- Function/tool calling

- AI Agents
- Ability to quickly learn and experiment with new AI technologies

Preferred AI Experience Candidates with hands-on experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- OpenAI API / Agents
- Anthropic Claude
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- LlamaIndex
- Hugging Face
- MCP (Model Context Protocol)




- Vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector, or similar
- AI evaluation and observability tools
- Document AI / OCR / multimodal AI
- AWS, Azure, or GCP AI services

Preferred Project Experience We are particularly interested in candidates who have built projects such as:

- Enterprise Knowledge Assistants
- RAG-based Chatbots
- Document AI / Intelligent Document Processing
- AI Agents
- Customer Support Assistants
- AI Search Applications
- Natural-language-to-SQL applications
- Workflow Automation using AI
- AI applications integrated with enterprise APIs or databases

Personal projects, GitHub projects, hackathons, internships, and training projects will also be considered.

Education / Training

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.

Candidates who have completed recognized training or certifications in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Machine Learning, or Applied AI Development are encouraged to apply.

Relevant programs from OpenAI, Microsoft, AWS, Google, DeepLearning.AI, Hugging Face, Coursera, Udacity, or similar platforms are a plus.
