Role Description

This is a remote, contract role for an AI Full Stack Engineer (Copilot & .NET / React) within the CopilotFactory practice. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications and AI-enabled solutions using .NET on the back end and React on the front end. Day-to-day work includes integrating Microsoft Copilot and related AI services, building reusable UI components, implementing APIs, ensuring secure and scalable architectures, and optimizing application performance.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing code, writing technical documentation, and contributing to solution design and best practices for AI-driven features. The engineer will participate in agile ceremonies, support deployment pipelines, and help troubleshoot production issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Application Development: Design, build, and deploy Copilot-enabled enterprise applications and tools.
- Front-End Engineering: Develop responsive, clean user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Back-End Development: Build robust APIs,



core application logic, and backend microservices using C#/.NET and Python.
- Copilot & System Integration: Integrate Copilot, enterprise data sources, workflow automation, and external APIs into seamless user applications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside product, business, and technical teams to translate business requirements into efficient solutions.
- Quality & Standards: Create reusable UI components while maintaining strong standards for code quality, testing, security, and performance.
- Maintenance & Support: Debug, deploy, monitor, and continuously enhance production applications.

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong back-end development experience with C#/.NET and/or Python.
- Proven experience creating and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 integrations, or related AI assistant technologies.
- Proficiency in modern software development tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, automated testing, and Agile delivery.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to discuss technical decisions directly with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to UI/UX, scalability, and code maintainability.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure Functions, or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience building workflow automation, document-processing pipelines, or conversational AI solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud deployment, application monitoring, and observability tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, Databricks, or enterprise analytics platforms.
- Background in client-facing consulting or enterprise delivery environments
