Location: 100% Remote (Offshore)

Project: Adobe Experience Platform RT-CDP Implementation

Position Summary

We are seeking two experienced Adobe Experience Platform Data & Platform Developers to support an accelerated RT-CDP implementation. The developers will work in parallel on assigned source-data bundles, converting approximately 45 source tables into approved Experience Data Model schemas and production-ready datasets. The developers will operate within architecture, identity, mapping, naming, privacy, and governance standards established by the AEP Architect.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong AEP data-modeling experience, disciplined documentation, and the ability to produce review-ready work in a compressed implementation timeline.

Primary Responsibilities

- Inventory assigned source tables, including ownership, data grain, primary keys, delta strategy, and data-quality considerations.
- Map source-system fields to appropriate Adobe Experience Data Model classes, field groups, and data types.
- Design and configure AEP schemas, relationships, identities, and datasets.
- Configure datasets for Profile where approved by the solution architect.
- Support B2B account and contact data modeling, including account-to-contact relationships.
- Apply approved naming conventions, namespace standards, identity rules, and merge-policy requirements.
- Document source-to-target mappings and maintain implementation evidence for each assigned table.
- Load or prepare representative samples for schema and dataset validation.
- Validate record counts, required fields, keys, null thresholds, and source-to-AEP reconciliation.
- Identify duplicate schemas, datasets, field groups, or conflicting identity configurations.
- Support remediation of existing AEP implementation defects within the approved MVP scope.
- Coordinate with the core platform developer on ingestion, profile enablement, and dataflow readiness.




- Resolve review comments from architecture, business, privacy, governance, and QA stakeholders.
- Provide daily progress, risks, blockers, and completion forecasts for assigned data bundles.

Required Qualifications

- Hands-on implementation experience with Adobe Experience Platform.
- Strong experience creating XDM schemas, field groups, identities, datasets, and relationships.
- Experience with Real-Time Customer Data Platform and Profile-enabled datasets.
- Understanding of B2B account and contact data models.
- Experience performing source-to-target mapping for relational, CRM, marketing, or customer data.
- Ability to interpret data dictionaries, sample extracts, table definitions, and transformation requirements.
- Experience validating data ingestion, record counts, identities, and profile association.
- Strong documentation and defect-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently within established architecture and delivery standards.
- Clear written and verbal communication in a distributed delivery workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Adobe Experience Platform certification.
- Experience with AEP Sources, Destinations, Data Prep, Query Service, and batch ingestion.
- Experience working with Azure Blob Storage or similar cloud-storage integrations.
- Familiarity with data-usage labeling, privacy controls, consent requirements, and data-governance policies.
- Experience delivering AEP implementations through offshore or globally distributed teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing Cloud data structures.

Required Deliverables For every assigned table or domain bundle, the developer must provide:

- Confirmed data owner and source-system owner.
- Defined table grain and primary key.
- Documented delta or incremental-load strategy.
- Approved source-to-XDM mapping.
- Deployed schema and dataset.
- Profile-enablement decision and supporting rationale.
- Identity and relationship configuration.
- Sample-load and reconciliation results.
- Documented defects, limitations, and remediation actions.
- Review and acceptance evidence.
