As we expand our supply chain and operational outreach, we are looking for a meticulous, process-oriented Accountant – Export-Import & Inventory to drive financial accuracy and inventory control across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

- EXIM & Cost Accounting: Handle end-to-end export-import accounting, custom documentation, landed cost calculations, and import cost structuring.
- Inventory Tracking & Control: Oversee multi-warehouse inventory, monitoring incoming and outgoing stock movements, stock-in-transit, and real-time stock levels.
- Reconciliation & Verification: Perform daily/monthly stock entries, physical verification, and three-way reconciliations across Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and physical stock.
- Vendor & Rate Monitoring: Track vendor-wise stock, dispatches, and ongoing purchase and sales rate updates.
- MIS & Analytics: Prepare detailed inventory MIS reports, track variance, and report actionable financial metrics to management.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–3 years of core experience in Export-Import, inventory accounting, or supply chain accounting roles.




- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration, or a related Finance/Accounting discipline.
- Industry Focus: Prior experience in Renewable Energy, Solar, EPC, or Infrastructure sectors is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

- Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Modeling).
- Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of stock valuation methods, EXIM accounting norms, and customs workflows.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and variance identification.
- Process-Driven: High discipline, organizational skills, and a structured approach to record-keeping.
