Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for US IT positions
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to attract top talent
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and hiring processes

Skills and Qualifications





- 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for US markets
- Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade candidates
- Familiarity with job boards and social media recruiting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
