About theRole Company: Aqilea India Role: Sr Front End Developer Exp Range :7 to 12 years Work Location : Bangalore(Hybrid) Role Overview Weare looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with 5–8+ years offrontend development experience and strong expertise in React.js,TypeScript, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will lead thedevelopment of scalable React applications, drive technicalimplementation, optimize frontend performance, and mentor juniorengineers while ensuring high standards of quality andmaintainability.



Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintainscalable React applications and reusable UI components. Leadtechnical implementation of current features, conduct code reviews, andensure engineering best practices. Collaborate with ProductManagers, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams to deliverend-to-end solutions. Optimize application performance,troubleshoot production issues, and improve frontend architecture.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions,estimations, and sprint planning. Drive complex featuresindependently from design through production.
