Jobdescription: Responsibilities: Take end-to-end responsibility tobuild, optimize and support of existing and new data productstowards the defined target vision Be a champion of DevOps mindsetand principles and able to manage CI/CD pipelines and terraform aswell as Cloud infrastructure, in our context, it is GCP (GoogleCloud Platform). Ensure that our built data products work asindependent units of deployment and non-functional aspects of thedata products follow the defined standards for security,scalability, observability, and performance.
Work close to theProduct Owner and other stakeholders around vision for existingdata products and identifying new data products to support ourcustomer needs Work with product teams within and outside ourdomain around topics that relate to the data mesh concept. Evaluateand drive continuous improvement and reducing technical debt in theteams Maintain expertise in latest data/analytics and cloudtechnologies Qualifications Passion for Data, people, andtechnology At least 4+ years work experience including hands-on asData engineer on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Experience in GCPtools – Dataflow and Bigquery Experience in Data Build Tool (DBT)Experience in different data formats (Avro, Parquet) Experience indata query languages (SQL or similar) Experience in data centricprogramming using one of more programming languages Python, Java/or Scala. Good understanding of different data modellingtechniques and trade-off Knowledge of NoSQL and RDBMS databasesHave a collaborative and co-creative mindset with excellentcommunication skills Motivated to work in an environment thatallows you to work and take decisions independently Experience inworking with data visualization tools Fluent in English bothwritten and verbal Start: Immediate to 15 Days Employment Type:Full-time Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
