Responsibilities: Asa Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at TeamViewer, you’ll be a keyplayer in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance ofour Azure-based SaaS platform. You’ll work with a forward-thinkingteam that powers our core products and services, delivering aseamless experience to users worldwide. This role offers theopportunity to shape the future of our platform, drive automation,and work with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies. Build andmaintain highly available, scalable infrastructure for our globalSaaS platform. Deploy feature and maintenance releases. Develop andenhance monitoring, alerting, and automation systems to guarantee24/7 service reliability. Continuously improve infrastructurethrough automation and Infrastructure-as-Code. Participate inon-call rotations, troubleshoot incidents,



and ensure rapidresolution of operational issues. Proactively identify and mitigatereliability risks, driving innovation and continuous improvement.Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT,or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, orsoftware development roles. Solid experience with Microsoft Azure(AWS or GCP is a plus). Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code andautomation tools (e.g. Terraform, Argo CD). Familiarity withprogramming languages and scripting (including PowerShell).Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (e.g. Docker,Kubernetes). Knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL, Postgres).Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Datadog,Grafana, Prometheus). Understanding of distributed systems,parallel programming, and test automation. Solid grasp of networksecurity principles and best practices. A proactive mindset,eagerness to learn, and strong collaboration skills. Fluent inEnglish; German is a plus.
