- Inventory Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of all electromechanical engineering spares (e.g., circuit breakers, pump parts, filters, lubricants).
- Stock Optimization: Maintain Minimum/Maximum and Reorder stock levels for critical operational spares to prevent facility downtime while avoiding capital lock-up.
- Excel Management: Update and maintain error-free digital ledgers of all transactions using inventory.
- Inward/Outward Quality Checks: Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Challans (DCs) to ensure correct technical specifications and quantities.
- Vendor Coordination: Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries, negotiate local emergency purchases, and process vendor invoices for final payment approval by the Finance team.




- Scrap & Asset Management: Maintain rigorous logs for defective, repairable (chilled/rotational spares), and scrapped equipment. Execute standard corporate disposal guidelines. [1]
- Audit Compliance: Conduct regular periodic cycle counts and 100% physical stock verification to reconcile physical inventory against system data.
- Safety & Housekeeping (5S): Implement proper industrial storage practices to keep the engineering store clean, secure, and systematically categorized for rapid access.
