Job Description – HVAC AC Technician & HVAC Engineer

1. HVAC AC Technician

Position: HVAC AC Technician

Department: HVAC / MEP

Experience: 2–5 years

Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities

- Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot different types of air-conditioning systems.

- Handle VRF/VRV, Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Chiller and Central AC systems.

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.

- Perform refrigerant charging, leak testing, vacuuming, pressure testing, and gas recovery.

- Attend to customer complaints and complete service work within the required time.

- Read basic HVAC drawings and understand equipment specifications.

- Maintain service reports, checklists, and maintenance records.

- Follow safety procedures and company standards at the work site.

- Coordinate with HVAC engineers and site supervisors during installation and commissioning.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration.

- Practical experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.

- Knowledge of electrical controls and basic wiring.

- Ability to use HVAC tools and testing instruments.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel to project and customer locations.

2. HVAC Engineer

Position: HVAC Engineer

Department: HVAC / MEP

Experience: 2–5 years

Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, supervise, and coordinate HVAC installation projects.

- Handle VRF/VRV, Split AC, Ductable AC, Chiller and Central AC systems.

- Review HVAC drawings,



BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.

- Prepare material requirements and coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams.

- Supervise technicians and subcontractors at project sites.

- Ensure HVAC installation is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with consultants, builders, architects, clients, and other MEP teams.

- Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.

- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, manpower, and material requirements.

- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, measurement sheets, and documentation.

- Support preparation of quotations, BOQs, and technical submissions when required.

- Ensure timely completion and proper handover of projects.

Required Skills

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC-related qualification.

- Good knowledge of HVAC design, installation, testing, and commissioning.

- Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and BOQs.

- Knowledge of VRF/VRV, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems.

- Positive site supervision and team-management skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of MS Office and basic AutoCAD is preferred.

- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
