About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager with experience in selling IT Products, Software, AI Solutions, and Technology Services.

"This role is strictly for IT/Software Sales. Candidates from Hardware Sales, Retail Sales, or EdTech-only Sales backgrounds may not be suitable"

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching solutions, understanding client requirements, closing deals, and developing new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads.
- Identify potential clients through multiple domestic and international channels.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable IT and technology solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and sales discussions.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team for solution requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.




- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales and pipeline records.

Required Skills

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to pitch and close B2B technology or software deals.
- Understanding of CRM, ERP, Apps, Websites, SaaS, AI, or Enterprise Solutions is preferred.
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
- Self-motivated with a strong business development mindset.
- Experience with LinkedIn, international marketplaces, or B2B sales platforms will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
